​MITÄ OSALLISTUMINEN MAKSAA?

Itse Megaan osallistuminen ei maksa mitään. Tapahtumaan on avoimet ovet koko viikon ajan. Kustannuksia sinulle sitä vastoin voi tulla matkoista, yöpymisestä, ruokailuista sekä joistain aktiviteeteista, joihin saatat osallistua tapahtuman aikana. Kaikki eventit, yhteinen tapahtumaohjelma sekä suurin osa aktiviteeteista ovat ilmaisia. Sitä vastoin Harrinivan meille tarjoamat seikkailut (mm. koskenlasku, melonta) ovat maksullisia. Tapahtumaviikolle räätälöidyn hinnaston löydät näiltä nettisivuilta. Voit kuitenkin osallistua täysipainoisesti Megaan myös osallistumatta mihinkään maksulliseen ohjelmaan - jokaiselle megapäivälle löytyy monenlaista puuhaa!



WHAT DOES IT COST?​

Participation in the Mega itself is free, and the event is open for the whole week. Costs which you will have to pay yourself include travelling, accommodation, meals and whatever activities you choose to participate in during the week. All events, the common event programme and the majority of the activities are free. On the other hand all the adventures offered to us by Harriniva (e.g. White water rafting, canoeing) will cost something. You can find a list of prices tailored to the event week on these web pages. You can of course participate in the Mega without taking part in any chargeable activities – there are all kinds of things to do on each day of the Mega!​

Saapumisohjeet päivittyvät sivuille pian. Pyrimme myös organisoimaan yhteiskuljetuksia paikalle eri puolilta Suomea.

KUINKA HOIDAN YÖPYMISET?

Yöpymisen voit järjestää omien mieltymystesi mukaan. Olemme kuitenkin saaneet Harrinivalta hienon tapahtumahinnaston, johon voit tutustua näillä nettisivuilla. Hinnaston mukaan yövyt esimerkiksi 4-hengen mökissä alueella halvimmillaan 7,50 €/yö/henkilö. Harrinivan ja läheisen Jeriksen alueelta löytyy niin mökkejä, hotellihuoneita, karavaanaripaikkoja kuin telttapaikkojakin. 



Yöpymiset hoidetaan suoraan Harrinivan kautta! Soita / ota itse yhteyttä Harrinivaan ja kerro osallistuvasi Mega-tapahtumaan. Koko tapahtuma-alue on varattu vain meidän käyttöömme viikon ajaksi.

WHERE CAN I STAY?

You can arrange your lodgings to suit your needs and your pocket. The  Harriniva Holiday Center has however compiled a very reasonable price list for the week's events, which you can check out on these pages. According to their price list you can stay in a cabin for four at 7,50 Euros per person per night. At Harriniva and the nearby Hotel Jeris you can find cabins, hotel rooms, caravan and camper parks and camping grounds.​

Accommodation bookings should be made directly with Harriniva! Phone or contact Harriniva and tell them you will be participating in the Mega-Event. The whole event area is reserved exclusively for our use for the whole week.

KUINKA VOIN OSALLISTUA MEGA-TALKOISIIN?​

Tämä on helppoa. Tämän Megan aikaan ei liikutella rahaa järjestäjien eikä osallistujien kesken lainkaan. Samalla pois jäävät useat aiemmin Megoista tutut toimipisteet (mm. ilmottautuminen). Tapahtumaa ei myöskään valmistella suuremmalla joukolla, vaan tapahtuman perusrungosta vastaavat gnuthca & joorz. Asiat tehdään mahdollisimman helpoiksi - vietämme viikon yhdessä komeissa maisemissa ja ympäristössä, joka mahdollistaa hyvin monenlaisia aktiviteetteja. Aktiviteetteja järjestävät pääjärjestäjät, muutamia maksullisia mahdollisuuksia Harrinivan väki, mutta lisäksi jokainen osallistuja voi tuoda oman ohjelmanumeronsa paikalle!



Megan järjestämiseen voit osallistua kahdella eri tavalla:

1.) Osallistumalla ensiapujoukkoihin tai järjestyksenvalvontatiimiin.

2.) Järjestämällä oman eventin tai aktiviteetin tapahtumaviikon ajalle! Eventti voi olla lyhyt tai pitkä. Se voi olla saunailta tai useamman päivän vaellus erämaahan. Se voi olla lasten metsäretki tai nokipannukahvit aamunuotiolla. Voit järjestää sen yksin tai yhdessä.

Ilmoita kuitenkin meille etukäteen millaisen elämyksen aiot/aiotte toteuttaa! Organisoimme viikon aikataulun niin, että pahimmilta päällekäisyyksistä vältyttäisiin. Useita eventtejä tai aktiviteetteja on jo suunnitteilla, joten varmista aina aikataulujen sen hetkinen tilanne gnutchalta tai joorzilta (georetkemme@gmail.com).



HOW CAN I JOIN THE MEGA WORKING PARTY?

That's easy! There will be no handling of money between organisers and participants at all. Likewise the service points familiar from earlier Megas (registration etc.) are not needed. Neither is this event being organised by a large team; the geocaching nicks gnutcha and joorz are responsible for the main programme. We'll make things as simple as possible: we'll spend a week together in beautiful scenery and surroundings that lend themselves to a wide variety of activities. Some activities are arranged by the main organisers, some chargeable activities are made available by Harriniva staff, but each participant is welcome to bring his or her own act to the Mega-Event!​

You can participate in organising the Mega in two ways:
1.) Join the first aid team or the event security team.
2.) Arrange your own event or activity during the Mega-Event week! Your event can be short or long. It could be a sauna evening or a hike in the wilderness lasting several days. It could be a walk in the forest for children or morning coffee round a campfire. You can arrange it alone or in a group.​

Let us know in advance what kind of activity you would like to arrange! We would like to organise the week's timetable so as to avoid any overlaps. Several events and activities are already being planned, so check the latest situation with either gnutcha or joorz (georetkemme@gmail.com).

KAUPPIAANA PAIKALLE?

Olet tervetullut myyntikojusi/tuotteiden kanssa paikalle tapahtumaviikon aikana oman aikataulusi mukaan. Järjestämme alueelle tilan, johon myyntikojujen pystytys on suositeltavinta, mutta ei pakollista. Kauppiaat voivat toimia paikalla ilmaiseksi. Vain ruokamyynti keskitetään Harrinivan omille keittiöille, joten se ei ole muiden toimesta sallittua.



Vapaaehtoinen sponsorointi esimerkiksi lahjoittamalla palkintoja kilpailuluontoisiin eventteihin on hyvin sallittua!



Ilmoitathan kuitenkin tulostasi etukäteen (georetkemme@gmail.com), jotta voimme sopia tulostasi ja varmistaa, että tuotteesi sopivat tapahtuman luonteeseen.



COMING AS A TRADER?

You are welcome to bring your products to sell at the Mega-Event according to your own timetable. We will arrange space in an area where the setting up of stands would be preferable but not compulsory. Traders will be able to operate at the event free of charge. Only catering services will be concentrated in Harriniva's kitchens, so it would not be permissible for other suppliers.​

Voluntary sponsoring for example by donating prizes for competitive events is most welcome!​

Please let us know in advance (georetkemme@gmail.com) if you intend to come as a trader, and what you would like to sell, so that we can verify that your products suit the nature of the event.
